Hayes Creek South

The tenement is located near to the recent Thundelarra exploration discoveries (approx locations shown by yellow stars on tenement map) along the regional Hayes Creek Shear Zone, and a number of previously documented uranium occurrences.

The area is prospective for fault-related sediment-hosted uranium mineralisation. Splays off the Hayes Creek Shear are mapped to pass through EL24432, and is associated with a number of untested second order radiometric anomalies.

Detailed airborne geophysics has defined a number of radiometric anomalies, including one some 2.5km long. Reconnaissance drilling has been completed on the largest of the anomalies, but further work is required to explain the anomaly.
